How long will my order take to arrive?

Your total delivery time is a combination of our preparation lead time and the courier’s shipping time.

Preparation Time: We typically pick, pack, and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Please note this lead time may be extended for custom PC builds, large volume orders, or if a component needs to be transferred from a different warehouse.

Shipping Time (After Dispatch): Once your order is handed over to our couriers, the delivery timeframe is:

Economy: 2–3 business days (Main Centers)

Express: 1–2 business days (Main Centers only)
