Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes. Software, digital codes (like game keys or OS licenses), gift cards, and consumable items (like thermal paste) cannot be returned once they have been opened, emailed, or used. For all other hardware, returned items must be in a pristine, resaleable condition. We reserve the right to reject a return entirely if the item or packaging is damaged to the extent that it cannot be resold.
