What is your return policy?

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

Opened items: If the packaging has been opened, the return is subject to approval. Provided all original packaging and accessories are included, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover testing and repackaging.

Unopened items: If the product is completely unused with the original factory seal intact, you are eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
